If you need help:
- Ask a friend or family member to assist you.
- Or book an appointment with one of our team members who can guide you through the form.

About Our Homes
We’re a small, community-based housing association with limited availability. Out of our 529 properties, only 25 became available this year.
How We Allocated Homes Last Year:
- 10 homes went to homeless applicants (via Glasgow City Council)
- 15 homes were offered to people on our Waiting List
Types of Homes Allocated:
- 11 × 2-bedroom flats
- 2 × 2-bedroom main door flats
- 1 × 2-bedroom adapted bungalow (wheelchair accessible)
- 1 × 1-bedroom main door flat
Please note:
- No 3 or 4-bedroom homes have been available since 2021 (except one 2-bedroom house in 2023)
- We do not have any 5-bedroom properties
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your application, we’ll write to you within 10 working days to let you know how it’s been assessed.
How We Assess Applications
We follow the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, giving priority to those who:
- Are homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Live in overcrowded or unsatisfactory housing
- Are in sub-standard accommodation
Your application will be placed into one of four groups:
- General Housing Needs
- Social, Support & Location
- Balanced Community
- Homeless & Serious Housing Need
Offers are made based on waiting time—those who’ve waited longest in each group are considered first.
When Will I Get an Offer?
Due to high demand and limited availability, we can’t guarantee when you’ll receive an offer. However, our waiting time policy ensures fairness: no one who applies after you will be offered a home before you.
How Offers Are Made
When you're near the top of your group, we’ll visit you at home to confirm your details (e.g. residency, employment). We’ll also check with any current or previous landlords before making an offer.
Joint Applications
We’ve teamed up with Blairtummock Housing Association! You can apply to one or both using a single form.
