Location: Easterhouse, Glasgow
Hours: 35 per week (full time and permanent)
Salary: £35,866 – £37,984 (EVH Grade 6, PA18–PA20)

Provanhall Housing Association (PHA) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Housing Assistant to join our team in the heart of Easterhouse. We are a community-focused housing association committed to delivering high-quality homes and services that help our tenants thrive.

About the Role

As a Housing Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent housing services to our tenants. Working closely with our Housing Officer and Repairs & Asset Team, and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help ensure our services are efficient, responsive, and tenant-focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all aspects of housing service delivery
  • Using modern technology to streamline processes for tenants and staff
  • Collaborating across teams to improve performance and service quality
