We have been advised that Shieldhall's Household Waste Recycling Centre - Temporarily Closed until at least 10 August 2026. As result there maybe a delay in our contractor being able to collect and appropriately dispose of your bulk waste.
Anyone who contacts our office to request a bulk uplift will be advised of the current sitation and that there may well be a delay.
Unfortunately this is outwith Provanhall Housing Associations control and we will continue to update the website and consider other methods of communication should the situation continue.

Elaine is available on a Monday and Wednesday and is based at the Connie Centre (39 Conisborough Road) which is just across the road from our office.
Alternatively, she can visit you at your home if you there are mitigating circumstances that mean you are unable to attend the Connie Centre.

Please note that if you report an emergency you must be home for the next 4 hours to allow the Contractor access.
They will normally be out much quicker than this.
If you report an emergency repair and aren't home when the Contractor arrives, you will be charged a call out fee.
