Paypoint Outlet
Pay over the counter by cash, debit card or credit card. Your nearest outlet is Provanhall Licensed Grocers on Conisborough Road. Less than a mile away there are other outlets at both the Shandwick Shopping Centre and Glasgow Fort. Post Office
Pay over the counter by cash or debit card. Your nearest Post Office service is at Provanhall Licensed Grocers on Conisborough Road. You can also pay at over 11,000 Post Offices around the country. For more branch locations please visit Post Office website.
Universal Credit & Housing Benefit
To get help to pay your rent, you can apply for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit. Universal Credit is administered by DWP and Housing Benefit is administered by Glasgow City Council.
If you have applied for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit in the past and not qualified, please remember the rules and regulations change all the time. So it is important to apply and keep re-applying if there are any changes to your income or your household.
If you do not have internet access via your smartphone, at home using a tablet or laptop or via a family member or friend, you can use the internet in The Connie, The Bridge or our office.
