Ways to Pay Your Rent

Online
Pay online via Allpay website. Pay anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your debit card or credit card.
You will need to be registered on this site to use it.  If you need any help, please contact your Housing Officer.
If you need any advice on the amount you are due to pay, please contact your Housing Officer.

Direct Debit 
Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your rent. Pay when suits you best - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Once set up you don’t need to worry about paying your rent every month as all your future rent payments are automatically paid!

Text Message 
Pay by text via Allpay text website. Pay anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your debit card or credit card.

Smartphone App 
Download the Provanhall Housing Association App and choose make a payment.
Pay by Apple or Android App. Download the free ‘allpay’ App and pay anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your debit card or credit card. 

Phone
Pay by phone on 0330 041 6497.  Use your rent payment card to pay anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your debit card or credit card.

Callpay
Phone your Housing Services Officer during office hours on 0141 771 4941. Pay using your debit or credit card. 

Online Banking
Make a transfer from your bank account to ours with these details: Bank of Scotland,
Sort Code: 80-07-78, Account No: 00425566. Use your rent reference number or your
address as your reference. Pay 24 / 7.

Paypoint Outlet 
Use your rent payment card to pay over the counter by cash, debit or credit card at over 29,000 PayPoint outlets where you see the logo. Payzone
Use your rent payment card to pay over the counter by cash, debit or credit card at over 24,000 Payzone outlets where you see the logo.

Post Office 
Pay over the counter by cash or debit card.  Your nearest Post Office service is at Provanhall Licensed Grocers on Conisborough Road. You can also pay at over 11,000 Post Offices around the country.  For more branch locations please visit Post Office website.  

Universal Credit & Housing Benefit 
To get help to pay your rent, you can apply for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit. Universal Credit is administered by DWP and Housing Benefit is administered by Glasgow City Council.   
If you have applied for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit in the past and not qualified, please remember the rules and regulations change all the time.  So it is important to apply and keep re-applying if there are any changes to your income or your household.
If you do not have internet access via your smartphone, at home using a tablet or laptop or via a family member or friend, you can use the internet in The Connie, The Bridge or our office.
