Mutual Exchange
Tenants can exchange their home with another Provanhall tenant or with a tenant of another housing association or local authority. We keep a list of people in the local area who would like to exchange their home with someone else. If you are interested in having your home included in this list please contact your Housing Officer to let them know. You can complete a mutual exchange form (available from the office) and we will let you know if there is anyone suitable for you to potentially swap with. If you express an interest in another property we will write out to the tenants asking if they would be interested in your home.
